Gypsum Cutter Machine-Hammer Mill

A hammer mill is a machine whose purpose is to shred material into fine particles. A hammer mill is essentially a steel drum containing a vertical or horizontal cross-shaped rotor on which pivoting hammers are mounted. The hammers are free to swing on the ends of the cross. The rotor is spun at a high speed inside the drum while material is fed into a feed hopper. The material is impacted by the hammers on the ends of the rotating cross and thereby is shredded and expelled through screens in the drum.

We design and develop hammer mills in diverse sizes to ensure excellent crushing efficiency in diverse applications.

Applications:- Suitable for powdering grains, chemicals, herbs, minerals, spices, cattle feed, chemicals, oil cake, tea, coffee, crude drugs, molding powder, dry soap, charcoal and other products. These machines consume less power and operate on low temperatures.
Raw Material Used :-This heavy-duty hammer mill is fabricated from high grade iron and stainless steel material.
